Q: Optimization changes
Hi, what if I use ClickRank to optimize I clients website and then one day that client is no longer a client so I remove them from ClickRank, will all previous optimizations be removed from their site?

Thank you. So when you say "Removed from our system" means you won't see it within the ClickRank portal, but the website will retain the previously made optimization changes?
Yes, when the website removed from the dashboard it gets deleted from our database, so it's a must to keep the website connected to keep it's optimizations alive and if got added again you'll start from scratch.

I plan on stacking multiple codes but clients come and go and if they stop paying then they will get removed. The problem is, I don't want their previous optimization removed as they paid for those changes.
Since this is a lifetime deal, each code could be considered as a one-time investment per client. Just make sure their websites stay connected to the ClickRank dashboard to keep the optimizations active. and you can stack as many codes as you like no limits at all.
I'm still not clear. So, to put it clearly, if we use the tool to optimise a clients website, then we delete them, do those changes still apply? Forget about the ClickRank dashboard - i'm talking about applied site changes to client sites - do those stay?

I find they are purposely not answering the question. Reading between the lines.. We will have to do our own testing to find out.
Hi Sam,
Sorry for misunderstanding, to put it clearly if you deleted a website from ClickRank all optimizations on the website will be removed instantly.

@Ahmed_Ezat Thats definitely not ideal. What if we need to temporarily deactivate the plugin or we've duplicated the site on to staging to make some updates/changes - all data would be lost? There definitely needs to be a way to retain the data in ClickRank with the option to hard code it to the website upon deletion of the plugin.
Hi Whitney,
I understand that clients come and go in agencies you won't retain a client forever, but for lifetime deal you'll have to stack a new code for each new client. consider it as a one time investment that you can even use to retain clients at a lower price after they churn.

My comment wasn't about using this for multiple clients, that was the OP's question. My comment is regarding a concern that deactivating the plugin or duplicating a site onto staging (which is considered a new domain) to make edits/updates and then pushing it live would result in all ClickRank data being lost. Am I understanding you correctly that's what would happen?

Okay, so we will have the ability to buy codes indefinitely?
Yes for now we allow unlimited stacking but this might change in the future.

That's an issue. This LTD isn't a solution for anyone doing SEO for multiple clients. That sucks.
We totally get your concern. but to maintain reliable service and manage costs, we limit replacing websites in the same slot because each website requires server resources to crawl, analyze, and optimize.
Thanks for understanding!
