I've been struggling with shared hosting, which is really terrible, aapanel is absolutely a great tool to transition to VPS, or even self hosting. I just discovered it recently and missed the $200 discount since 24 hours was too short to evaluate and decide. I was very happy to see it here, so count me in if you create a lifetime deal with a killer discount and make some extra cash :)

I ran into the same problem while installing a trial. Can't get mail server to work. Messaged support. It has been 3 months and not a word from you after 4 emails.
It doesn't matter how good of a deal is. If you can't provide a reliable product and support, it is rendered as useless.
Fix this and I will give it a second try. As of right now, it seems like the product is just a pretty interface, but not fully functioning.
To which email address did you send the mail? It's possible that we didn't receive your email properly. Normally, we do not overlook any emails sent by our users.
Hi, first it was to: support@aapanel.com, then when no answer, I sent to as a replied to your marketing email: jose@aapanel.com. I also went to https://www.aapanel.com/ to look for livechat as suggested in the bottom of that marketing email, no chat option as I see.
I do want to see your product succeed and would easily buy this in a heart beat. But I am concerned. Default install, redis error.

What is the scope and response time of support, it seems like quite a few users ran into minor issues and support did not handle even those? Either deal - the 3 year or the LTD are attractive, but without quality support they will hurt businesses and websites more than they help.

do you have to pay separately ?
- In three years' time if for whatever reason AppSumo is no longer available
(I hope not, just inquiring), how do you renew for another three years ?
- Is it available in Italian ?
