Q: Support and product concern
Looks like you already got one review, and it's a negative one. It is about the reliability of the product and support.
I ran into the same problem while installing a trial. Can't get mail server to work. Messaged support. It has been 3 months and not a word from you after 4 emails.
It doesn't matter how good of a deal is. If you can't provide a reliable product and support, it is rendered as useless.
Fix this and I will give it a second try. As of right now, it seems like the product is just a pretty interface, but not fully functioning.

Normally, we do not overlook any emails sent by our users.
Hi, first it was to: support@aapanel.com, then when no answer, I sent to as a replied to your marketing email: jose@aapanel.com. I also went to https://www.aapanel.com/ to look for livechat as suggested in the bottom of that marketing email, no chat option as I see.
I do want to see your product succeed and would easily buy this in a heart beat. But I am concerned. Default install, redis error.
