I received an email in Spanish about a topic I've never asked before: "Interesado en contenido personalizado"
I asked about ltd subaccounts, whether it is possible to add Websites to the subaccounts created for them in addition to the SMTP and Emails menu. I'm still waiting for an answer.
It can't be Appsumo's fault that you can't deal with your customers. After all, these customers will remain with you even after the appsumo campaign (if they remain) and you still have to deal with them - the volume of support requests is the same!?
How can I get answers to my questions faster than in two weeks? I don't want an answer, so write to the support email, unfortunately I won't get an answer from there..
