I bought Tier 2 and was struggling with the setup and flow, so I just had a demo with the creator. He took the time to go through everything with me and answered all my questions. I was able to to share how certain workflows didn't make sense or work for me and he happily took those to heart.
A few things that I feel like would make this better are a tasks or to do page that allows you to see all tasks due, without having to go into each client (feels like it would be easy to miss if you have lots of clients).
And ability to personalize things at the package level, not just the service level. Different packages have different tasks associated with them so it would be nice to be able to assign tasks to packages only.
Either way I like the potential for this and will be keeping it. I'm excited to see where it goes!
