I worked at a law firm for a year and quickly learned how important contracts were. So, naturally, I thought this would be a good buy.

Pros:
- they have a lot of common contracts ready
- they were relatively responsive during the initial contact regarding questions
- "supposedly" you can request a contract to be created

Cons:
- the follow-up on questions asked isn't consistent. I had to follow up on one thing I asked about and kept getting reassured they would check into it. Still haven't heard back yet...
- the signature lines aren't readily usable for use with an e-sig app.
- the spacing of heading and other things needs to be fixed, manually.
- seems like they may be in over their head IMO.

I will be getting a refund since the cons outweigh the pros.
