Unique service very interesting playbooks and helpful support
Very unique features. I have been working more towards automation and this service has many of the features I need. It has helpful metrics, playbooks that can kick off to remediate issues, generous limits and has worked well. I very nice addition to my tool box. Needs improvement: the UI confuses me sometimes and it took me a bit to sort out how to do what I wanted, which was kicking off a playbook when an event happens. I wish there were more written guides or documentation for various use cases to follow with step by step. Overall a nice service not reliant on local resources. My only concern is security at this point. A-
