I’ve been searching for a "dashboard" style software that I could tailor for each client, and I’m thrilled to have found Along. Its primary use for us is streamlining client onboarding into our business processes. It allows us to provide reference materials and a comprehensive guide on the sales cycle, helping clients understand the process while setting clear expectations for everyone involved. Along also lets us create an in-depth FAQ section, which we hope will significantly reduce the need for customer service-style support by consolidating essential information in the client’s personalized dashboard.

For our second use case, the customizable sales pages are an incredible tool for onboarding and training virtual assistants. We plan to use Along as a central hub to guide and train contract workers on our workflow, creating a seamless and efficient training process.

What sets Along apart from alternatives like building websites or sharing online files is its powerful templates that save time while allowing us to individualize each client’s or team member’s space. The ability to share and customize each space has been a game-changer for our business, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enhance client relationships and team collaboration.

If you are looking for a tool to improve your relationship with buyers, check out Along. I tried it, and even though it's in its early stages, it's worth the money. I started with Tier 1, moved up to Tier 2, and I'm pretty sure it will reach Tier 3. ;)

Bought a licence yesterday and completed a first "test" project.

I already knew those kinds of "buyer engagement platforms" through another supplier.

I like this one as it is easy to get hands on and it integrates some visual elements like "progress" that is easy to understand for the customer.

Also precious, having the possibility to insert attached documents like PDFs, whereas usually it is a link that has to be embedded. Along offers both possibilities.

I now need to go through other functionalities but so far so good.

No too sure about the customization background, seems to be limited to one colour (grey) and one colour for the buttons. Hoping that, at least, button colour can be modified for each project.

I recommand anyway for its simple design, straightforward functions and stability!
