You manage an unlimited amount of businesses/organizations, AND within Alvanda you can also manage your entire portfolio in 1 unified Portfolio Administration Portal!

At Group Level, you can:
1. Have an “org chart” of your companies, especially if they somehow relate to one another.
2. Have Group Level staff, like maybe your Admin/VA team, specific accountants or lawyers you like to work with, etc.
3. You can switch between your companies with just 1 click, seeing everything that’s going on in each.
4. Define as many Group Level Roles and super-detailed permissions for each role.
5. And much more.

In terms of licenses, yes, you are correct, 1 license = 1 company.

So if you have 3 companies with 5-6 employees each, instead of buying Tier 4 with 30 users, you can buy Tier 2 for 7 users per company. OR if you think one or more of those companies will grow a lot, you can buy a higher tier for that one, so you’re covered in case it does grow.
