1. For the Unlimited Agency plan with 3 codes where each client I sell the Pro+ plan who provides support? Would I be the one providing support or would I direct all of my clients I sell AnyChat Pro+ plan to contact AnyChat for support? The reason I ask is I would not know how to provide any technical support for any issues that clients may have so I wanted to check with you on this. 2. How do I sell them a Pro+ plan? Do I generate a code within my AnyChat Agency plan and send that to them to sign up with AnyChat and they enter the code to activate their plan?
I haven't activated the LTD yet and would like to change to a higher tier. Should I request on the original LTD and purchase the new tier, or can I upgrade to a higher tier after activating the original one?

Q: Malware?
Hi team from AnyChat,
A client of mine said his malware scanner saw some malware on my site coming from AnyChat. Can you explain this? 20 of these messages:

If I do a scan myself, I can't see it. But I need some explanation. Safety is for me really important.

Q: Chat conversations vs. Bot conversations?
Can you help me to understand, please:
After registering and applying the license my usage limits show:
"Chat conversations / month" = unlimited.
"Bot-driven conversations / month" = 2.500.
What is one or the other? The difference is not described in the AppSumo offer text, or the official documentation on your site.
