Q: Chatbot + Website Training

It looks like AnyChat is primarily a tool to connect people with a live human which is great. I see the ability to integrate GPT into a chat flow so can it also act as a chatbot but it looks like the training there is pretty basic (eg: only trained on the text pasted into the training field) so I have a couple questions:

1. Is it possible to train GPT on our entire website via sitemap/url?
2. Can we hone in the style and tone of responses with instructions and examples?
3. I see sending product cards via the live chat are on the roadmap for Q3, what about in the chatbot? Can customers ask questions and get answers with links to specific pages/products?

1 - we have just introduced AI assistants that allows you to train the bot with files, websites, and knowledge base articles
2 - no, at this moment you can't do that
3 - this also will be available in chatbots
