I love everything about the tool. It has tons of features which is great but taking time to be tested.
Below are my inquiries :

1. Messages are sometimes repeated even if "wait for reply" option is on when connected to AI integration after the message.
2. Still blocked by some antiviruses. Is there any update on this ?
3. Can I make a template accessible to all users ? not only in my organization ?
