I haven't activated the LTD yet and would like to change to a higher tier. Should I request on the original LTD and purchase the new tier, or can I upgrade to a higher tier after activating the original one?

Would I be the one providing support or would I direct all of my clients I sell AnyChat Pro+ plan to contact AnyChat for support? The reason I ask is I would not know how to provide any technical support for any issues that clients may have so I wanted to check with you on this. 2. How do I sell them a Pro+ plan? Do I generate a code within my AnyChat Agency plan and send that to them to sign up with AnyChat and they enter the code to activate their plan?
