Q: Some basic issues that need to be fixed
I bought the Tier 2 plan yesterday, and already facing issues with basic things like :
1. CVs bulk uploaded not showing up.
2. The Career page looks too flashy for a sophisticated business - this needs some serious rework.
3. The questions to be asked are limited to 20 characters (too less for any job post) and this feature is buggy - it kept giving me an error that i was exceeding 20 character limit even when I used 4-5 characters. This was really frustrating. Had to re-do the entire port again (with no questions this time!)
4. No way to contact the support on the app or a ticket system - makes me very nervous as a user who wants to depend on one platform for my needs.
5. You should atleast have a CNAME functionality - for us to use the front end of our recruitment websites.
