Gain de temps précieux dans les interactions avec les clients. A tester à l'usage mais je vois déjà combien cet logiciel sera pratique surtout parce qu'il ne nécessite pas que le client crée un compte pour y avoir accès. C'est un bon point!
Deuxième bon point: un support super réactif en chat! Génial d'avoir des réponses dans la minute. Top pour mieux comprendre l'outil.

4 tacos et pas 5. Pourquoi?

1- impossible de supprimer l'interface en transparence qui est violette. Perso je déteste. Difficile d'intégrer son branding dans ces conditions. On ne peut que charger une image en arrière plan mais la couleur violette persiste pour nous et pour le client

2- pas d'option pour associer un lien URL à un commentaire. On peut y joindre une image pourtant. Pourquoi pas un lien? Dommage. L'option commentaire pourrait être enrichie pour mieux justifier les choix graphiques. Un lien de page web me semble aussi pertinent qu'une image...sinon plus! Dommage

3- justement mes commentaires de justification peuvent être longs. On ne peut pas créer d'espaces sur la zone de texte ou aller à la ligne, le texte reste en un bloc compact. La lecture en devient pénible. Vraiment dommage

No idea why I hadn't come across this tool earlier. I've been looking for a tool for a while that allows clients to review my designs.
I haven’t had the chance to test it extensively yet, but the first impression is very good. Sharing files is easy, and everything works very intuitively.
Hopefully, there will be broader support for other languages in the future, including Dutch.

At first it seemed confusing, but after taking time to test it, I've found that this software is perfect for my business.

A lot of features that at first I felt I didn't need, but when I started to learn how to use them, I realized that sure I don't really need them, but it does take my current process up to a new level. If my proofing software is leveling up, then so is my customer experience.

I can't recommend this software enough if you are designer that deals with a lot of back and forth adjustments with clients. The interface is smooth, the custom branding, and customizable email send from is awesome, however I don't believe there is a way to create a subdomain for a true white label experience.

The one thing that I would add is a Text button on the tool bar, which currently has drawing and shapes. It's a bit confusing to have to use a drawing tool or a shape to add text to the proof. If there was an icon with a letter T, I would more than likely select that tool, then click anywhere on the screen and start typing my change request or notes. If they add that function, this problem would be perfect.

Another thing to note is the customer service live chat. Not dealing with a bot and having a live person available is awesome, especially in the beginning stages. I LOVE THE SUPPORT and for that reason, I'll give it a 5 Tacos, with the hopes that they create the Text tool and CNAME/SubDomain feature. Cheers!
