Pros.
Workspaces (Organizations and Brands)

Advantage: Ability to create workspaces for clients and assign themes.

Creation Interface
Good but very basic; not user-friendly.

Onboarding Experience
Below expectations; could be improved.
NO Single Sign-On (SSO), user - client must first create account upon invite then must verify email.

No White Label Features at all, even emails send to clients.

Design Elements
Poor quality; lacks taste.
Design Interface Issues

Dashboard Design Problems with padding and margins and alignments.

Ill Keep the tool for 60 days and wait for Client Feedback to gather feedback from clients before making a final decision on its utility and whether to continue using it.
