This product has great features!!!. And the support is really superb! Kudos to The Team! Since this is not displayed on the first page of Appsumo many people will miss it. So it is our (those who already purchased) job to spread the word about this product!

Well, this is a winner. The ability to host like Zoom, Broadcast Pre-Recorded Livestreams, Have visual breakout sessions, and evergreen webinars.

I looked at the demos to view the use cases, and I am excited to dig in even further. I have Wave.video from an earlier AppSumo deal, and this will be a nice pair... like wine and cheese, or Tacos and Tuesdays.

The interface is modern, the setup seems simple, and I look forward to testing with my beta group in a few weeks. They already like the multiple room options and ability to upload a CV/bio. It helps for networking, conversation starters, and more

So far, the only concern is that I had to email to activate my full-stack of codes instead of them being auto-populated. However, that did not bother me, as their support was very professional, courteous, and quick.

If you don't get BeHuman this time, you are probably not including video as part of your marketing or distribution model. I just can't see why anyone would not give it a try.

So I love this platform - mostly. The integration with AWS is easy and worked pretty well. There is a bit of a learning curve, but there are tutorials that help. There are some things that I wish were a little better, but perhaps they will improve over time:

The speakers could be transferred from one event to another without duplicating the event. If speaker details could be saved, and speakers could be added to events from those files without reentering information, that would be a bonus. We don't have a lot of events, yet, but as we set up more, this ability would be gold.

Ticketing - ticketing for events could be more straightforward, although we have external solutions. You can stream and embed video from almost anywhere, which is fantastic, and saves you having to store video locally. However, some easier or more automated integrations without needing some deeper tech know-how might also work well.

Additional co-hosts without the need for them to have a host-level BeHuman would be nice as well, and I believe this is on the roadmap. Overall, the customer service response time has been good, answering questions has been quick, and the team seems very engaged in our success.

But overall, user registrations seemed easy, and I think as we add Pabbly integration, will be even easier. I highly recommend this software as is. The lounge and live video chat is gold for conferences, exhibitor and sponsor space is an excellent option, and the API to connect external apps makes this a great value (we did 3 codes for our needs).

Overall, for a solopreneur, this is a good deal. If you have a team, expect to buy this deal for EACH team member. Hopefully it makes sense to move into and remain on this platform. Time and experience will tell... Also, there's the whole AWS consideration. I suggest reading up on that aspect of the platform. As with all new projects/deals here on appsumo, you're playing the odds.

I bought three codes earlier today, and to redeem the 2nd and 3rd, it said contact support to have them upgrade your account.
I was annoyed because I thought it'd take forever.
But they responded so fast that I missed it.
So, I replied 40 minutes later and got a response within 10 minutes.
Then I asked about setting up my domain, and I gave them the name.
Then, within a few minutes, they responded with a clear solution: delete these records (_), add these (_), and asked if I had any further questions.
DNS records can be challenging to navigate if you're not very technical, especially if the values are buried in the documents.
Now, for me, the biggest thing was the speed, but the support itself was refreshing too.
I haven't spent much time with this yet but it seems like a steal.
The evergreen feature, especially, when compared to things like WebinarFuel, its a no-brainer.
I would give 5 tacos but I'm taking one off because there's no resell or agency option, which probably wouldn't be that hard to create, even just with something like FlexiDomain (also on app sumo). But with that aside the product seems to deliver and as far as I'm concerned the support is unrivaled
