Good plugin but support is almost non excistant
I opened a support ticket on the morning of 5 Dec., and I asked if there were any settings I needed to change in Cloudflare as my site was showing an F score in Gemetric. I was told I don't have to change anything in Cloudflare.
Later that same day, 5 Dec, I opened a new #8663, asking for help as I was not getting good performance. I wanted to allow them to prove the plugin could improve performance, so I let them to make changes before I left a review.
I received a reply the same day asking for login details, which I provided immediately.
Then, there was no response for three days until the 8th, when I received an email informing me that I needed to change a Cloudflare setting. (before I was told not to change any setting in Cloudflare), so I changed the Cloudflare setting, which seemed to have greatly improved things, and I went from an F to an A score. I updated the ticket on the 8th and asked them if we could improve any other components because I was on "Blaze setting." When I increased it to aggressive, I had an issue with a woo-commerce function for uploading files in attachments. Today is the 15th and a week has gone by since the last update, and I am still waiting for a answer.
I have opened a new ticket (#8922) because I noticed some uncaught PHP errors related to advanced cache. We will see how long we wait for this.
All in all, I think it is a good plugin, and it does improve the site metrics and performance. However, the reason for my 3 taco review is obviously the slow responses to support tickets. Waiting three days or a week for a support ticket update is simply not acceptable.
Most of the negative reviews seem related to slow support, so I am unsure why no effort has been made to improve the support.
I am still unsure if I will get a refund and pay for Nitro like before for better support.
