Tried the Free Version: Promising Start, Frustrating Finish

I recently tested the free version of your proposal software. The user interface was intuitive, and the step-by-step process with comprehensive questions seemed well-designed. However, during the final step of scheduling proposal dates, I encountered an error message mentioning a "PID." After closing the calendar window, all the data I had meticulously entered throughout the process vanished. Disappointingly, there was no draft mode or option to recover my work. This happened twice, wasting a significant amount of time.

While the initial experience was promising, this critical bug needs to be addressed before a public release.

I relate to this experience. I wanted a more efficient way to create proposals for potential clients. I copied and pasted a lot of information from a recent quote . When getting to the final page to generate quote, I got an error "419: Page expired"

Also, there are limitations for offerings on how and what can be quoted. For example, if you have a one time set up fee and then recurring billing - that's not an option. If your proposal should have a couple different packages for a client to choose from - that's also not an option.

Overall, the concept seems fine - but the execution in the instance doesn't meet a lot of minimum standard needs.

I'm looking into Notch: https://www.notch.so/ or DocuMocu: https://documocu.com/?ref=fivetaco
