I\u0027m new to chatbots and I am wanting to use them on FB messenger and Instagram and Whatsapp. Is this app able to be specific to a campaign if I sent out personal messages on FB messenger. How does it know when to respond? Would I have to create the campain through the app and then it picks the info up from here ?
