I am reaching out to inquire whether it is possible to integrate InsertChat, a chatbot solution, with the Bit Assist app. We are interested in exploring the feasibility of combining the functionalities of both tools to enhance user interaction on our platform.
If this integration is not currently available, could you please let me know if there are any plans to support it in the future or if there are alternative solutions you would recommend?

Currently, we do not have plans to bring InsertChat Channel into Bit Assist. As an alternative, you can use Tawk. You can find the documentation here: https://bitapps.pro/docs/bit-assist/all-channels/tawk/.
However, you can request this feature on our Facebook post: https://www.facebook.com/groups/bitapps/posts/6007079942637443/. If we receive enough user requests, we may consider adding this feature, as we prioritize new features based on user votes.
