Q: Is there a way for us to monitor team members activities in detail and their replies....etc???

There is no specifics for monitoring team member but this is an interesting idea and we should be able to implement it pretty easily, we'll ask a few more of our users if they want it. If some are interested we can build it out!

Thanks for this............every business owner want and needs to monitor or track the activities and results of their team members in order to be able to make adjustments. Here are a few things that would be nice to be able to track:
1) How many mentions, keywords or credits each team member is using and possibly put a limit
2) number of replies within a specified or custom period of time
