Just what I was looking for! With one catch.... the one time credits mean this isn't really a lifetime deal
UPDATE - THE CATCH: After playing around with the tool for ~30 mins I have consumed 3000 credits. If the platform consumes this each day (the default setting seems to be to run automatically once each day) this gives me 150 days before my 450000 credits are up. After which I'd need to pay $5 per 2000 credits e.g. $7.50 per day to keep the tool ticking. Worth noting that while I have maxed out my 100 keywords I also have the tool set to the minimum number of results (20) per query.
In practice I will probably keep the automatic scanning switched off and halve the keywords I am traking and run the tool manually, so this deal should last me a year. THAT SAID: Whether I keep the tool or refund will probably be dependant on whether the cost of additional credits is reduced as IMO $5 for 2000 is too expensive off the back of a "lifetime deal". Hopefully as the product is tested against us as Beta users BizReply might decide to adjust the terms to suit actual usage patterns ;)

Refunded another product on Appsumo and upgraded myself to Tier 3.
Simple yet very thoughtfully designed:
‣ Post feed for keywords covers every platform I need
‣ Option to navigate to the source post, or reply directly from the BizReply feed is super handy
‣ Being able to specify "negative keywords" significantly improves relevance of posts on my feed
‣ Ability to customise the prompt used to generate responses to posts from each platform is also fab, to tune the output to my tone/voice/style/approach
‣ Love that it doesn't automatically reply with AI, after generating the post I can edit before posting
‣ Decent range of AI models
Feedback:
‣ Currently we seem to need to click "generate reply" to reply to a post e.g. it is compulsory to generate content with AI. Would love the ability to just click "reply" for when I don't need AI / want to write from scratch, so I'm not paying for the API call for no reason.
‣ I'd also like to be able to specify a different AI model per social media platform, or even choose which model to use for each reply. E.g. I might use gpt-4o for most things, but Gemini for longer reddit posts.
Moonshot feature request:
‣ Would be "ten tacos" if we could upload documents as context for the replies. e.g. I could upload articles I have written / content from my courses, to generate replies that include my own unique thought leadership.
‣ Even if this were capped at say 100 documents, or you required people to copy text into an internal knowledgebase rather than storing documents, this would take the product to another level

Nov 30, 2024Hi! First, we want to thank you for the fantastic review and the amazing feedback! This truly means a lot to us, sharing it with the whole team!
We are noting in all the feedback, the document uploading is already something we will start R&D on soon. The ability to manually write can actually be quite helpful now that we see it! The mentions we bring in are actually highly filtered, but we definitely noted in your pointer how we can make it more accessible once the credits are finished. Also, we are having a slight UI/UX revamp coming in soon so we will try to include the option to choose models on individual platform level!
