Blue is an amazing tool because it allows you to add and customize meta-data fields for items or tasks and use AI to "translate" data for decision-makers. This reminds me of Breeze in Hubspot. For me, this is a powerful feature that sets Blue apart from other PM / CRM tools here. It's a very flexible tool, and you can customize it however you like.

The level of customization and automation is really neat, but at the same time, I know it adds tons of stress to their servers when a large-scale event happens. However, I believe some of the issues are just growing pains as they scale their business. I appreciate talking and exchanging emails with Manny. The support is also very good, as long as you report those pesky bugs that you bump into as soon as you find them. Serah from their team has also been really quick in giving updates.

Overall, 5 Tacos. Looking forward to more AI features in Blue ahead.

Have you ever bought an app that said "we'll get to it" when you wanted to create a new record? If you want that, with no idea of when they will get to it... try Blue.

This app looks like a Godsend when you see all the unlimited features, but today I realized it looks more like a RUGPULL. Clearly they can't support 10,000 Sumolings signing up for it.

Not when adding a new project shows a message "Job Status: In Queue 38/41"... meaning there's 37 other peoples tasks ahead of yours and there's no timeline of when your project will be created. MAJOR LET DOWN. REFUND.

Using Blue has completely shifted how I work. With Tier 5, I already felt organized, but it's on a whole new level after enabling the White-label Add-on. Having my brand fully integrated into a tool I use daily isn't just practical—it feels like everything I do is more aligned with how I want to represent myself.

What I value most is the peace of mind it gives me. Everything is where it should be, my team knows exactly what to do, and I can focus on the big picture without getting stuck in the weeds. It's like everything flows without unnecessary friction.

And honestly, knowing Manny is behind it makes it even better. He's not your typical CEO who's hard to reach or distant. He's approachable, responsive, and passionate about making this work for people like me. That makes using Blue more than just a tool—it feels like being part of something intentional and well-crafted.

That said, I'd love to see more interface flexibility with colors and fonts. Having more control over these elements would make the branding feel even more personal and allow me to align it better with my company's identity.

An excellent application! In addition to offering many features and ease of use, it enables various forms of organization and teamwork. It also provides excellent project tracking, alerts, and team communication.

One suggestion for improvement would be the ability to import a schedule created in Google into Blue.

Um excelente aplicativo, além de muitas funções e facilidade de manuseio ele possibilita diferentes formas de organização e trabalho em equipe. E o melhor acompanhamento de projetos, alertas e comunicação entre a equipe.
Uma sugestão de melhoria seria poder importar para o Blue a agenda elaborada no Google.

I wanted to give 3 tacos, but since it's a generous deal, I’m giving 4, hoping the issue gets fixed soon.

1) I started with a "test project" and noticed it’s quite slow, sometimes not working at all—especially when switching from "Board" to "Database," as entries fail to load (refreshing the tab does not help).

For users importing thousands of entries or valuing speed of work, this could be highly frustrating.

2) Android app unavailable on Google Store (a link to the APK file would be helpful).

Friendly advice to the owners: prioritize functionality over design.
(At this stage, it would be very difficult to work on a larger project.)

It's a great tool with immense potential, and I’ll definitely stick around for improvements.
