I really want to love it!
I agree with some of the other reviews that are concerned with the speed...
I have now purchased and refunded it twice. I guess this review is in the hope of some sort of reply with an acknowledgement of the issue and some verbal guarantee that something is being done about the issue becuase then I would consider the purchase again!
I am not an expert database developer but I have much experience in software and networks etc. Based on the fact that your platform uses a powerful backend such as amazon and other things that are basically industry standards in terms of performance tells me something isn't 100% with the database or how it is accessessed.
If this is something that is being worked on I would love to hear the word and I might consider purchasing again. Thank you for your consideration!
Here is hoping you make a great product even better by fixing the performance issue that people are having.

Thanks for review. We've had 7,000+ accounts created in a short period of time and this has caused some bottlenecks at peak hours. We've working on improving various queries and also other optimisations as a priority.
