Unreponsive support and inaccurate data

Support does not respond.

I waited 2 weeks and got no response from the first support contact.
I wanted to make a review but decided to try the second time. I waited another 2 weeks. Still no response.

The brand SEO result is only accurate once for the first entry check.
The MOZ DA result on the first check was the same as the one I got when I checked on MOZ's site.

However, data checked after weeks and months remained the same, even when my site's actual DA improved. The Trust Flow result is also inaccurate compared to the actual TF on Majestic's site. I am very suspicious of the other reports I obtained from Branalyser, knowing that mine is not updated and accurate.

I looked up the contact details on my log-in account and found branalyzer@branalyzer.com as the email to contact support for assistance. I was hoping that there was some kind of refresh sequence to update the data, but the support was almost non-existent.

I am unsure why there are so many 5-star reviews for an unresponsive and inaccurate app.
