At last a place to sort, tag and store image and media files where you can create your own hierarchies as well as share with clients.

As a development company, we have masses of visual and media assets from simple icons to custom design elements and royalty-free stock. Sharing some of these files with clients has been a challenge sometimes (due to large file sizes and clients having limited experience in large files), so too has been finding files that are hidden on one persons drive instead of with project resources (especially when we need the meta data to respond to a take down notice on a purchased stock element) that can happen from time to time.

We have been looking for a simple media repository for a while to solve these and other challenges, so when BrandBay came along it was an easy decision. It has an easy entry price point, the structure and way you use it is simple (just like a computer drive, only with additional file labelling options). So far we've been happy with BrandBay and look forward to centralising all our project and client media assets in one searchable place for the team and clients to access.
