The highest BreezeDoc tier, tier 4, supports 40 documents per month at this time.
Higher tiers are still not available in the current version of BreezeDoc, and unused document slots cannot be carried over to the next month, sadly.

You can request the creation of higher plans directly from the BreezeDoc roadmap and feature wish list.
This way, other users can also vote on your suggestion, which helps prioritize new features based on user demand.
