Good Docusign Alternative
I started out with two codes just to test it, even though I only sign about 10-15 documents a month, definitely more than enough. Today I went ahead and purchased another code to support the product and lock in a great deal, thanks to a responsive and active team.
What I Like:
1. Responsive Support: I’ve reached out several times and usually get a reply within 3-12 hours.
2. Quick Feature Implementation: I needed a specific date format in the "signed date" field, and they added it in less than 24 hours.
3. Helpful Troubleshooting: I contacted them today about an email delivery issue, and they showed me an effective workaround using links.
What Could Be Improved:
1. Email Delivery Issues: A few envelopes didn’t reach clients. Once an email is flagged as spam, Bunnydoc stops sending further emails to that address.
2. Lack of Replace Function: It would be great to have a feature that lets you update a document while keeping all the fields intact, rather than setting everything up again. (Of course only replace when document is unsigned)
3. Delayed Document Sending: The document sometimes isn’t sent immediately after it’s signed and locked. For comparison, DocuSign is almost instantaneous.
Is it the perfect DocuSign replacement? No. Is it close? Maybe. Does it do what I need? Absolutely. I’m excited to see how it improves over time, but for now, it reliably gets the job done when it comes to signing documents.

Pathetic and non-existent customer service
I reached out to customer support over 10 times - their product is not so obvious and they are not in a place where they'd like to help the customer get the problem solved.
I haven't refunded it yet - but I just called someone else and bought their product in 2 min and got all my work done about bulk signing over 25 contracts
