Customers appreciate BunnyDoc for its responsive support, quick feature implementation, and helpful troubleshooting. However, there are occasional email delivery issues and a lack of a replace function. Despite these minor drawbacks, BunnyDoc reliably gets the job done when it comes to signing documents. With an overall rating of 4.5 and a 60-day money-back guarantee, it's worth giving BunnyDoc a try.

Good Docusign Alternative

I started out with two codes just to test it, even though I only sign about 10-15 documents a month, definitely more than enough. Today I went ahead and purchased another code to support the product and lock in a great deal, thanks to a responsive and active team.

What I Like:
1. Responsive Support: I’ve reached out several times and usually get a reply within 3-12 hours.
2. Quick Feature Implementation: I needed a specific date format in the "signed date" field, and they added it in less than 24 hours.
3. Helpful Troubleshooting: I contacted them today about an email delivery issue, and they showed me an effective workaround using links.

What Could Be Improved:
1. Email Delivery Issues: A few envelopes didn’t reach clients. Once an email is flagged as spam, Bunnydoc stops sending further emails to that address.
2. Lack of Replace Function: It would be great to have a feature that lets you update a document while keeping all the fields intact, rather than setting everything up again. (Of course only replace when document is unsigned)
3. Delayed Document Sending: The document sometimes isn’t sent immediately after it’s signed and locked. For comparison, DocuSign is almost instantaneous.

Is it the perfect DocuSign replacement? No. Is it close? Maybe. Does it do what I need? Absolutely. I’m excited to see how it improves over time, but for now, it reliably gets the job done when it comes to signing documents.

Pathetic and non-existent customer service

I reached out to customer support over 10 times - their product is not so obvious and they are not in a place where they'd like to help the customer get the problem solved.
I haven't refunded it yet - but I just called someone else and bought their product in 2 min and got all my work done about bulk signing over 25 contracts

Problems with text formatting

I don't know what the reason is but, although when inserting the different fields to fill in I select the same font and size, it does not work at all, and some fields appear with the-larger texts and others with smaller (even ridiclly small) texts. There is no way to match them.

I have spent many hours trying to make the forms look professional but I have had to give up. Impossible.

I reported this problem over a year ago and they have not fixed it. Regrettable.

I am very sorry but I am looking for another application that will allow me to do my contracts in a normal way.

Hi,

We are pleased to announce the release of a new feature that addresses this issue. We have introduced functionality that allows users to enable or disable text auto-resizing. You can now configure this setting from the field options—choose whether the system should automatically resize the font if the signer enters more text or keep the font size fixed, restricting additional input if it...

Pretty Solid

Does what you want it to do...I purchased the first tier as I will never have 500 signatures in a year, let alone a month. A few limitations I have found. 1. Single user at this tier, that seems really light. 2. Only one link for the entire account.

The first one I can kind of understand...but the second, this is just silly. Why not have a link for each document? Why am I forced to 'email' the document through the system?

Overall, interface is nice, tool does what it should, but does have a few limitations.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you find the tool useful and appreciate your thoughts on the limitations. Just to clarify, the public form link is different from the signature request link. While your package includes one public form link, you can generate a signature request link for any document without limitations, and you can share it via email, WhatsApp, or any other medium. We’re...

Great Platform for Seamless Contract Signing

I’ve tried several different platforms, and this one is by far my favorite. First, they don’t randomly add their logo or links to the original contract, which is a huge plus. The contract number addition is optional, so I appreciate the flexibility.

I’ve contacted customer support multiple times for various requests, and they’ve always responded quickly and been very helpful.

The only area for improvement I’d suggest when use manually name text fields, the font size becomes very small after the client signs, even for short name. This may need to be investigated for improvement.

Overall, highly recommended!

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you’re enjoying the platform and that our customer support has been helpful. We’ve actually released an update that allows you to select whether you want the system to auto-resize the font or keep it the same, which will restrict the user from entering more data, preventing the font size from reducing. We hope this improvement...
