Lacks many simple features
i tried the product 3 months after my appsumo purchase, out of the refund window :(
* You cannot create or edit templates. -> so you need to create your files elsewhere and maintain them, then upload them to the platform to create templates and then send them. A mess when you need to update some content for future signatures, as well as from a file management perspective.
* The UI and UX are not intuitive.
* The positive thing is that they look to have an active and engaged team, so i hope features will be delivered in the future.
-> until now, i tried many e-signature platforms in the hope of finding a good balance between price and feature, and only one checks all the boxes: search for the panda.

I've looked at several of these platforms and this one excels tremendously. it's easy to use and intuitive and has all the bells and whistles you might want. The support team is responsive and helpful. As many on here, I'm just adamant about not signing up for monthly subscriptions for services like this. Super happy to support these folks.

The only thing I'd love to see is (since I've gotten one of these for each of my companies) is a way to have one login and switch between "profiles" instead of having to log out of one and in with a different one, hopefully they'll consider getting that on their roadmap :-)
