Found multiple issues - The support team is addressing our issues - this could be a reason, we are not knowledgeable enough about creating a website

Seeing the fantastic options and comparatively fair reviews we jumped to the 2nd level. So far we have faced multiple issues - but the good part is that the support team is good and we are slowly growing towards success.

- Training videos are not good enough. Need more videos for people like us, who are not good at creating a website

- In some cases, options are very limited (ex. banner style)

- The AI function is too slow and often appears with errors. Needs Improvement

- Responsiveness (mobile - pc- laptop - tab) screen synchronization is not working properly

We would like to stick to this company as the team is good and we are hopeful that our purpose will be solved soon.
