Great system
I have tested many systems to help me stay organized, but have always ended up with pen and papper checklists. Until I testet Chaos Control ... Im super happy with the simple and ease to use organizer, especially since its both for computer and native app. All options in settings, prioritizing by dates, time and colors are really helpful.

That's exactly what we had in mind - the simplicity of pen and paper combined with sync across devices.
Have a good one!

Best task managing tool
I was initially hesitant to get this deal but I tried out the free version which gives around 30 tasks and was super impressed with the interface and how easy it is to organize the work. Highlight features are chaos box - where you can dump some of the tasks you think you'd do in the coming weeks and second is the inbuilt timer. The timer has helped to calculate time needed for all of my tasks and plan my day better. A great tool and highly recommended!

Super Intuitive to Use!
I've tried lots of different organizing/to-do apps, but this one is the most intuitive for how my brain works. Most apps are just basic to-do reminders, which is great, but doesn't help with organizing big projects. Notion is really robust, but it's not intuitive for me at all, and I don't have time to take a class to learn how to use it.
Chaos Control was intuitive for me "out of the box". It uses a file folder-type structure to keep bigger projects organized, but it also has a Chaos Box for the "don't want to forget this" details (just like a normal to-do list) that could be organized later if needed.
Also, the program gives you many ways to *see* what you can work on, even without cluttering your daily plan with deadline tasks, such as priority levels, contexts, etc. For example, I set up a "15 minutes or less" context to flag little things like "Work on organizing desk pile" or "Make appt with eye doctor", so I can find something productive to do anytime I'm not sure what to work on next.
I already feel more organized and motivated to get work done, and that alone makes this worthwhile!
