Q: Are invoices created (according to European specifications)?

Hello team,

In Europe, the e-invoice will be implemented from 01.01.2025, i.e. all invoices must be stored as a standardized PDF, including an XML file (as an attachment within a PDF file), or sent or created with a separate XML file.

Is this already working for you, otherwise you are useless for the European market?

A: Hi Flowyze,

Thank you for your inquiry regarding e-invoicing compliance in Europe.

ChargeKeep currently offers the ability to send PDF receipts to customers by activating the PDF Receipt field in the Successful Payment notification settings.

However, the specific requirement you're referring to—embedding an XML file within a PDF (such as the ZUGFeRD format) to meet the European e-invoicing standards—is not currently supported by ChargeKeep.

We understand the importance of compliance with the upcoming e-invoicing regulations effective from January 1, 2025, across the EU. Our team is looking to prioritize this to accommodate these requirements in future updates.

We appreciate your feedback and are committed to enhancing our platform to better serve our European customers.

Best regards,

The ChargeKeep Team
