Has potential but zero custom support
It works okay for basic subscriptions, but the system has many bugs.
Support is non-existant. I have sent several emails and never had a reply.
There's a very annoying AI bot who does very little to help you and often assures me that a support member will contact me soon—which they never have!
I moved away from WooCommerce Subscriptions for a more straightforward approach to setting up subscriptions for my clients, but at this rate, I'm probably going to go back.
