Q: Shopify
I just wanted to clarify Shopify integration as i read one answer where you replied that "buy it through Shopify marketplace". Does that mean that regardless of what tier I purchase on Appsumo, I will need to pay 6USD per agent per month to use it with Shopify?

Feb 25, 2025A: Hello, You can use the AppSumo deal with Shopify, but it won't be using the Charla App on Shopify marketplace. You will need to embed the code as in https://charla.com/support/?article=13509-install-using-script
The only feature you will miss is the insights on the site visitor shopping cart and contact details as in https://charla.com/shopify-live-chat-add-charla-app-to-your-site/

I think the key point of Shopify integration is to have customer insights, without that it would loose much of its appeal as im already running a support solution that doesn't integrate. So if I do want Shopify integration, can you confirm its possible with this deal if I also pay the extra 6USD per month? thanks
