Q: WhatsApp integration marked as "coming soon"
Hello, I've purchased the deal, and I noticed that the WhatsApp integration was supposed to be live two months ago. However, my account still shows it as "Coming Soon," and the AI feature isn't working either.
Could you please explain what the issue is? Additionally, I've found it hardly possible to get in touch with your support team.

As for the WhatsApp integration it was launched a couple of months ago but we faced a new issue with Meta in the last couple of weeks and are working to resolve it. Will ping you once its live again.
