Same problem as previous AppSumo Plus: I too am an AppSumo Plus member; my AppSumo deal wasn't activated on my account! No awesome support, No support at all!! I signed up through the portal, but my AppSumo deal wasn't activated on my account yet. Sent support email, yesterday, but no response!! We will be refunding for a lack of service if we don't get this resolved today!! Gave 1 taco but would have given zero if zero was an option!

Yehia provided me with awesome support. I signed up through the portal, but my AppSumo deal wasn't activated on my account yet. Yehia was quick to reply to my support email (on a weekend too) and get my account setup under the lifetime deal. Im up to 10 codes now and considering more. Charla looks like a great chatbot tool with excellent potential! I really like the ticket section of the dashboard and the live visitor metrics.

Implementing this feature would make the platform more accessible and user-friendly for a wider audience. Currently, the platform supports RTL, but you have to know CSS to get it working. For non-technical people, the platform should make switching between Left -to-Right (LTR) and Right-to-Left (RTL) languages as simple as clicking on a button. Charla needs to look at its competitor Tawk.to chat app and see what the developers have done to their app for multi-language support and ease of use.

With the above Full Arabic Support enhancement, Charla App has the potential to become a top-tier chat application. The developers' focus on this area will undoubtedly result in a reliable and efficient messaging experience that meets the expectations of multi-lingual users globally.

Overall, Charla App is on the right track, and with continued development and attention to the above area, it is poised to become a go-to solution for effective communication.
