Love the features, just wish I could reach support
What I liked:
Love the design of the chatbot and a lot of the features it has. One thing on my wishlist would have been a box where you have to leave your email adres, before you leave a message when support is closed.
What I don't like:
Support is practically non-existent. They say 24 hours, but I've responded to an email I finally received after a couple of days and I'm still waiting almost a week for a response on that. Every time I go to the website nobody is around in the Charly chatbot. The ios app is buggy, does not refresh immediately and the enter button does either not respond, or is very laggy. The last one makes the chatbox unusable for my business.
I really hope they fix these problems.

Dec 14, 2024Hi Barbara, Thanks for sharing your feedback. Can you share which email you are referring to, the last one we got was regarding the GoBrunch integration where we responded. We are not always around on Live Chat, but support will reply back same or next day. We also suggested a call to go through all your issues. As for the iOS app, yes we are aware there is a couple of issues regarding the auto refresh of the messages, we are working on that and will release an update this month.
