Q: Hi, in Tier 2 can we have 40 different bots on 40 different sites?

Does every site gets it's own workspace? And why are messages so low? If I have 40 bots and only 1,000 messages per month - that means that every bot has 25 messages per month, that is barely 1 message per day. Please tell mi this is not right.

Q: On tier 1.

I am an employee and I am looking for a chat bot that can answer any collegues who have questions for me based on a pricing document/ pdf while I am not available or away. Is there an option to create a chatbot unique link anyone can open and use to ask questions, without it having to integrate into a website or application like slack?

A: Thanks for the interest! Yes, we can expose a unique chat link. Similar to integrate into a website, the chatbot will need to be publicly accessible and anyone with the link will be able to chat. So please don't include sensitive information in the chatbot. Will update this question once the feature is ready (expecting sometime next week).
A clarification: the data is kept private for the slack...

Q2 - yes, Telegram bot coming soon, and will be included in the deal
Q3 - Ms Teams is in the roadmap. we will add the roadmap to our docs or main website.
Q4 - Data source - FAQ: we did not add independent UI for FAQ. You can simply add FAQs into a FAQ doc and upload it.

Q: Hi, another questioin, how about the reply of voice ouput?

customers just talk, chatbot transcript it into text, when chatbot reply, apart show the text at the same time speech the text.
If the voice feature is availabe, the cantonese language will be included?

A: Thanks for the info! We don't support voice output currently. It is definitely an interesting area to explore. Although, we may not have time to try it in the near future.
