Q: Limits have not been updated for a month now.

Limits have not been updated for a month now. The transcription is not working. I see this happening with other users as well. You stopped updating limits 2 months after a transaction on Appsumo. Do you have an explanation for that? Tech support isn't responding. When will this be resolved? When will the limits be updated and the service will be revived? Thank you.

We are working on some big updates that will come together.
Youtube is down but regular transcription is working fine.
Lots of enhancement is coming. We have stopped marketing also to make sure new enhancements are deployed first.

Unfortunately, transcription is down. This is because the last time my limits were updated was in early July. From August 7 to today on Dashboard, my Transcription Minutes balance has 0. Emails to your tech support do not change anything. Tech support doesn't answer and Dashboard shows 0.
Why didn't I get 600 transcription minutes in August? Why is there no monthly limit update?
