I'm working on a book and I have dozens of hours of audios to sort through for content. I'd been putting off this part of the project because it felt overwhelming. But when I saw ChatScribe, I was very hopeful it could accomplish what I needed.

I see so many options for how I'll be able to utilize the transcription and querying that I bought in at Tier 3 to get an abundance of minutes.

After an initial bobble with getting the transcription to work properly, it's doing exactly what I was hoping it would do.

One note: when the transcriptions weren't processing, I reached out to the help email address and didn't hear anything for two days. I posted in the questions here and got a response immediately. The problem was fixed within an hour of posting my question. I hope that level of responsiveness will be available through the regular help channel.
