Q: Installation Issue with Template Directory Pro and Unresolved Support Ticket
The Template Directory Pro cannot be installed, there is a bug. Despite assistance from our provider, we have not succeeded. We created a ticket on 02/03/25 and have not received a response to date.

The same thing happens to me on hostinger, they should have documentation about it and not charge paid support to solve this common problem.
