Does this mean the pageviews of all domains combined?
2. Unlimited users
Does this mean I can add users who can have their own logins to create different forms?
3. Can I separate the workspaces of clients so that they do not see each other's information?

Yes, this pageview limit applies to the total pageviews across all domains combined within your account.
2. Unlimited users
Yes, you can add as many users as your current plan allows, and each user will have their own login. You can assign them to specific websites within your account.
3. Separate workspaces for clients
You can assign users access to particular websites within your account, but if a user has access to a website, they will also have access to all widgets for that site. So while you can limit their access to specific websites, you can't fully separate workspaces.
