Does it actually analyse and resonate with the URL or existing content before making SEO adjustments like title tags, meta descriptions, and schema markup?

Reason why I ask, is that correct meta tag is not set by Rank Match before I do this manually. I was hoping to save time, using ClicRank for this, as well I think I read some where it also..
