Q: I have purchased two codes
i have purchase two codes and I am not active yet. I've just seen it says it takes three days for you to activate. So I have to wait three days for the first code and then an additional three days to enter the second code? I did not activate this immediately when I purchased so I would like to know how can I activate both codes without waiting three days each.

Feb 25, 2025A: Please send the codes to info@conferly.app so we make sure your account is upgraded and the redemption request has been done correctly.
To check your subscription you can go to profile page on Confelry mobile app and then click on Manage Subscription . There you can see what is your active plan.

OK I have now submitted two codes. When I go to profile to check my subscription it gives me the Option to choose a subscription professional monthly, Premium monthly, Or enterprise monthly, Under each of those options it says subscribe now. Again I have already purchased two codes it has me set up on some sort of free plan. Could you please fix this thank you.

I have already purchased two codes it is not showing that I purchase it is only asking me to subscribe and pay an additional monthly fee. I have emailed these codes and I follow the instructions to redeem the codes as instructed on the Appsumo webpage for redemption.
