Q: Some.detail
I discovered that you have apps for both iOS and Android. The design is very smooth and simple, which is pleasing and easy to use.
1. Where is the data stored? Is it on the device or synced to a server and across devices?
2. How do we monitor team performance? Is it a single login using the same email account? How many people can access it?
3. Can we export meeting summaries or use a web version for better insights?
4. What about scanned business cards? Can they be saved to phone contacts?
5. If we have two short meetings of 15 minutes each and two meetings of two hours each, will that still be counted as four meeting recordings? What happens if we delete a meeting recording or a meeting event? Would you revise the calculations?
6. Do we have a per meeting record hour limit here?
Thanks.

Jan 28, 2025A: Hi Encik,
Thanks for your feedback and questions. I hope these will answer your questions:
1. Where is the data stored?
Data is stored on AWS Cloud, ensuring robust security and scalability. All data is encrypted to maintain user privacy and safety. Additionally, data is synced to the server, allowing access across multiple devices.
2. How do we monitor team performance?
The team performance dashboard is available under the Enterprise Plan, which is designed for teams and organizations. However, the AppSumo deals are for individual licenses and do not include access to the team performance dashboard or related features.
3. Can we export meeting summaries or use a web version for better insights?
- Yes, meeting summaries can be exported, such as in CSV format, for external use. We support most popular CRM import formats.
4. What about scanned business cards? Can they be saved to phone contacts?**
Yes, scanned business cards can be saved directly to phone contacts as `.vcf` files. This ensures seamless integration with your device's contact list.
5. Meeting recording counts and deletion:
Each meeting recording counts toward your usage, regardless of its duration. For example, two short meetings and two long meetings would count as four recordings. If a meeting recording or event is deleted, it won’t adjust the usage count as it reflects total actions performed.
6. Do we have a per-meeting record hour limit?
- Yes, there is a 2-hour limit per meeting recording. While recordings exceeding this limit can still be saved, transcription and summaries are only generated for recordings under 2 hours.
Let me know if you need any further clarifications! 😊
So on Tier 2 we will be allocated 80 meeting recordings 2 hours max per meeting. If we don't use them all do they roll over to the next month?
You are correct! No, unused meeting recordings do not roll over to the next month. On Tier 2, you are allocated 80 meeting recordings per month, with a maximum duration of 2 hours per meeting. However, any unused recordings will expire at the end of the billing month and will not accumulate for future use. Each month, your allocation resets to 80 new recordings.
