Q: Is there any other way to contact this tool's support? or Can AppSumo team help?
I purchased 1 code on Jan 10, 2025. I have not been able to use it because it keeps giving me an error message: Your monthly limit exceeded, upgrade subscription now... As I mentioned before, I have not used the tool, so I have all my 500 tokens available. I have emailed the support email several times and have not received any response yet. I tried to request a refund but found that this tool is non-refundable. Please help!
Is there any other way to contact support? Is there anything that AppSumo team can do to help?
