Do you offer an option to have a pop-up storefront that can be integrated into a website, so that when a user clicks the purchase button, the checkout form appears in a pop-up dialog?
I've read your documentation, and I can't find this.
I'd prefer to have control of my product's licensing - I have existing products with existing licenses together with validation etc.
Is it possible to create a custom serial number generator? It could be:
1) Javascript-based logic which I supply (similar to FastSpring). 2) A call to my REST API to fetch a new serial number. 3) I could upload a list of serial numbers to be used.
I'm intrigued by Creem as an author wanting to reach global markets... without the hassle of administration of taxes, VAT, etc. A competitor, Lemon Squeezy, integrates with Bookfunnel, a service that delivers digital ebooks and audiobooks. The primary reason to use Bookfunnel is that they handle the tech support (and all of the questions) about how to load a book onto devices... they provide the digital product files AND the instructions. Can Creem integrate with Bookfunnel as well... or will you consider it? A lot of authors would be interested.
Can you please list or compare with paddle as it can also handle cross border payments. Can I use only creem for payment, subscription and have client portal to manage everything by themselves? Does it work for Australia and Middle East? How fast is payout for us if someone pays via link? Can I fully replace stripe? How are you sustainable? Data compliance certificate as you handling people’s credit card and money? Subscription page like stripe? Embed option?
You can find comparisons with Stripe and Lemon Squeezy in our landing page. Regarding Paddle, we are pretty much offering the same services, but in light of transparency, I must say we have much less flexibility and advanced billing controls, or payment integrations such as an embedded version of the checkout, while at the same time, offering cutting edge tools such as the AI Negotiation...
