I bought the highest tier but still unable to use their free strategy for more than 2 crypto pairs or in more than 2 bots. You can use each bot for only one crypto. While the highest tier is supposed to allow you to create unlimited bots, you can use their free strategy only on two bots max and will need to rent more strategies to trade more cryptos. That's not good. On top of this, it's missing a lot of crypto pairs in their list. Finally I didnt see an option to use my own tradingview indicators. I spent way more money on this product than for the Anny.trade LTD when it came out, but anny.trade is way way better. You cant make money with their service. it's gadget. Hope they can improve overtime.

For a long time, I wanted to start crypto trading, and CryptoHero is exactly what I was looking for. It's easy and fast to use the ready-made strategies created by experienced traders, which saves a lot of time from trying to figure it out yourself. You set a bot on a chosen strategy and it does the work for you. I'm very happy with my Tier 2 purchase including the free Sigma Series Alpha strategy. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the CryptoHero tool as I have encountered several issues that make it difficult to use effectively:

Trading in Trend Direction: It is not possible to trade in the trend direction as originally intended. The bot does not seem to recognize or follow market trends, making it unsuitable for trend-based trading strategies.

Unhelpful Support: The support team did not address my issue in detail. Instead, I was told that the MACD indicator had been adjusted. However, when I tested it again, the same problem with 0 trades occurred, indicating that the issue remains unresolved.

Timeout Errors during Backtest: I am frequently encountering "Timeout" errors when attempting to run backtests, particularly with data for 60 and 180 days. This makes it impossible to evaluate the bot's performance over a longer period accurately.

Missing Stop Loss on "High Five" Bot: The "High Five" bot that I purchased does not have a stop loss. As a result, my paper trade has been stuck in a losing position for three weeks without any protection or automatic exit strategy.

Overall, I am not satisfied with the tool, and these issues are making it very frustrating to use.

I purchased with the intent to get into Crypto Trading... looking for a system / bot that wins more than loses, automatically.

While there are a number of bots in their marketplace, they have to be rented and do not come with the product. The product comes with ONE premade bot, Supposedly award winning.
I did not see an explanation of what the bot does, how to best utilize it, etc....

I love the idea of paper trading. Unfortunately the program only allows 2 active paper trading bots. I created and activated the 2 bots with 2 different crypto. Confusing on if they did anything. I traded $200 each. after a few weeks I was up $4, and that would have been before fees etc....

Unlimited paper bots would have helped to learn. 2 did nothing to impress.

I ultimately refunded my Tier 2 purchase.
I really wanted to be blown away, and it be a hero.
Sadly that was not the case.

I've got my T2 account and using their best bot for free! support is very responsive and patient.
