Certain formats not allowed
I had high hopes for this software. Originally I had an issue that required support help. After an initial reply I was told that they would get back to me with an answer. This answer still has not arrived unfortunately 3 weeks later.
The actual issue is not being able to add Iframes into the URLs. This isn't a huge answer and a simple google tells why this is happening. It is a setting on CutMe Shorts side. Luckily I have found an alternative and will be refunding.
Overall though this is a decent software that will do most of the things you need it too. UI is easy and instructions are comprehensive.

It was never overlooked—our team had been researching the full scope of iframe implementation to ensure we understood all potential use cases before making changes. Unfortunately, since this was requested only once, we had prioritised other features that were in higher demand.
That being said, I completely understand that this feature was important for you, and I regret that we couldn’t deliver it in time. Your feedback is valuable, and we will be prioritising iframe support moving forward.
I also understand that you’ve already made your decision to switch, but I genuinely hope you’ll reconsider CutMe Short again. We’re actively working on bringing new features and improvements, and we’d love to have you back.
