CVVIZ has a lot of potential, but it is missing several key features that would make it a go-to for staffing firms like mine or for use internally within organizations. It does work as intended, but...

I'd recommend placing a feature to submit product feedback and suggestions on the website and a direct way to contact your team on the website (outside of the email address we are provided). Truthfully, I had to dig around the website until I found the email address. At a minimum, I would have expected the email address to be listed in the support section and the website's footer where I found it.

The job application only allows one document to be uploaded, but there are times when I would like to request additional documents. I recommend having the ability to have applicants upload more than one document and the ability to name the document they are uploading. Also, I would like to recommend that the platform admin have the ability to list specific documents to be uploaded within the upload portion of the application.

CVViZ has potential, and I await upgrades and updates.

I've built many businesses over the years and recruiting has always been a nightmare.

Manually tracking applicants was a pain... then there's the tracking of progress, note taking, evaluations, responses... the list goes on and on.

This tool is robust and does what it says it will do.

We posted a job and within 48 hours it had spread across major job boards at $0 additional cost. It's impressive.

Managing the responses has been made easy with this tool. Fantastic capabilities for note-taking, objective interview evaluations, interview scheduling, adding documents, and more.

* LOVE the AI-powered skills evaluation. Pretty accurate.
* LOVE the user interface. Takes a minimal amount of time to get acquainted and up and running.
* LOVE the ability to ask additional qualifying questions. (Others have noted this is a simple implementation currently... it's true. However, it's still beneficial to be able to add a few extra questions to help determine if the candidate is a fit for our organization. We can ask additional detailed questions during second stage automated interviews managed by other software.)
* LOVE the support. I can submit a question and get accurate help within 24 hours.

Candidly this is a great tool for any business looking to hire staff... my only complaint is that I wish I had discovered this much sooner.

This is great for someone who has a straight forward recruiting process and maybe a handful of questions. For my hiring process, we have a lot of questions to help filter out the applicants (which cuts down on the amount of time spent reviewing resumes). While this program allowed questions to be created, you couldn't duplicate them, you couldn't organize/reorganize them, once they were created - that was it AND they go in descending order when created so you have to create your last question first or else your questions are out of order (and again - you can't reorganize them).

My favourite bit of software is in this same field, and quite frankly, it's much better. I love it so much they once employed me to make how-to videos!
It's also about $1500 per month.
While I'm happy to spend $1500 per month on behalf of people that employ me, we certainly can't afford it for our own small business. So I thought let's give this a go.
I stacked two codes, and, ignoring most of the instructions, set it up an a couple of hours.
I set up a careers page on our website using the widget, and now I am happily stacking up CVs in my talent pool and accepting applications for a job I posted.
Every small business that employs people and isn't big enough for a major Applicant Tracking System should have this. It works. It levels the field with your bigger competition for talent. It makes your life easier.
There's a few improvements I'd like, mainly to do with the local market. For example, education level. Here in Australia we have four Certificate Levels that sit above high school and below university, and often they are required. I'd like to be able to add my own levels of education.
I'm sure it will improve, and it's already great.
I've bought some great things from AppSumo but this is #1. Grab it.

The product has many features, it is stable, and had an onboarding with Amit. For the price, it is a good deal.
